About the Show:
Did you ever wish for the big stars of the Korean drama world to get together someday? Did you wish they sat down and talked and spent some good time with each other and had loads of fun? Did you want them to compete as groups for food, play games, do a couple of activities like the Whisper Challenge, the flying chair (flying into the swimming pool) game, the Zip line, etc.? Did you want them to cook food and sell in the Food Trucks to the fans while interacting with them and with each other? Did you want them to experience the haunted house with the Ghosts and the chills? Did you manifest all this? I think you did because they delivered.
Young Actors' Retreat is a variety show by Director Kim Seong-yoon, where he brought together the cast of his three big shows, Love in the Moonlight 2016 (구르미 그린 달빛), Itaewon Class 2020 (이태원 클라쓰) and The Sound of Magic 2022 (안나라수마나라) for an MT (Membership Training). What a feat he has achieved. The cast consists of the who's who of the Korean Drama world and he has succeeded in bringing all of them together for the show.
What happens when a big group of Introverts from three big Korean dramas are thrown together for a larger than life Variety show for a total of 8 episodes? You wouldn't describe it as 'Chaos' but that's what it is.
A star-studded variety show with 15 actors, Youth MT will heal your heart and soul and bring a smile to your face. Many of you might be familiar with the entire cast. But if you are someone like me and are not acquainted with all the actors, don't worry the first episode will introduce you to everybody. You will fall in love with all of them.
